The CogniFit connector is the official way to link your own AI, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your CogniFit account. Once it is connected, you can ask about your cognitive profile, follow your progress and start a training session, an assessment or a game right from the conversation.
Under the hood it is an MCP server: MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps connect safely to the services you choose. You don't need to know how it works to use it.
- Nothing to installNo downloads and no code. You just add one web address.
- Sign in with CogniFitYour password is never shared with your AI.
- Read-onlyIt reads your results and never changes them.
Stop digging through charts. Just ask.
Your results stay in your CogniFit account. The connector lets the AI you already use read them and explain them in plain words.
Without the connector
You open CogniFit, check each area one by one and compare dates yourself to see what changed.
To train, you browse the catalogue looking for the right program.
With the CogniFit connector
“How has my memory changed since March?”
Your AI reads your profile, explains what improved and where you have most room to grow, and can open a 10-minute session for you.
Example data: Memory 63 → 71 over 6 sessions (+8)
Things you can ask
Your overall score, your cognitive age, your five areas (Memory, Attention, Reasoning, Perception and Coordination), 23 skills and every session you have done. Copy a question and paste it into your AI, or open it in ChatGPT or Claude.
Open in:

What's my cognitive age, and how has it changed?
Which are my strongest and weakest cognitive areas?

What's the difference between training, assessment and games?
These questions work once your AI is connected to your CogniFit account.
From question to result, in one chat
You ask, your AI finds the right activity, you play, and the conversation picks up where you left off.
You ask
“I want to train my memory for 10 minutes.”
Your AI finds it
It picks the right program and starts the session.
You play
The session opens in your browser. You play it yourself.
You come back
Ask “How did I do?” and your AI reads your updated profile and explains your results.
Example data: Memory 71, +8 over 6 sessions

Other appsAny AI app that lets you add a connector (MCP)
- In your app, look for the option to add a connector or an MCP server.
- Name it CogniFit and paste the connector address.
- Save it and sign in when the app asks.
For advanced users: add CogniFit to your app's MCP configuration file instead.
MCP config { "mcpServers": { "cognifit": { "type": "http", "url": "https://mcp.cognifit.com/mcp" } } }
Keep the name and the address. Some apps name the key differently (VS Code uses
servers), so follow your app's MCP docs. The first time it connects, your app asks you to sign in with CogniFit. -

Ask your AIWhat's my cognitive age?
It should read your CogniFit profile and answer. If it doesn't, check that CogniFit is switched on for that chat: in ChatGPT, type @CogniFit or use the + menu; in Claude, + → Connectors.
What your AI can and can't see
It only reads your own data. The only thing it creates is a new session when you ask for one.
It can
- Read your own cognitive profile, scores and session history
- Browse the CogniFit catalogue
- Start a new session (training, assessment or game) that you then play
It cannot
- See your password or payment details
- Change or delete your data or results
- Take tests for you
- See other people's data
Your data stays in your account. You decide when your AI can read it.
Your account, your control
How you sign in, what the connector can do, and how to switch it off.
Secure sign-in
You sign in on CogniFit's own secure page. Your password is never shared with your AI, and the connector doesn't store your login details.
Read-only access
Your AI can read your data, not change it. The only thing it creates is a new session when you ask.
Disconnect anytime
Switch it off or remove it in your AI app's settings at any time. Your data stays in your CogniFit account.

Read the CogniFit privacy policyWhat is the CogniFit connector?
It is the official way to link your own AI, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your CogniFit account. Once connected, you can ask about your cognitive profile, follow your progress and start a training session, an assessment or a game from the chat. Technically, it is an MCP server built on the open Model Context Protocol.
Is there an official CogniFit MCP server?
Yes. The CogniFit connector is an official MCP server at https://mcp.cognifit.com/mcp.
Which AI apps work with it?
Claude and ChatGPT, plus any other AI app that supports MCP connectors.
Do I need to pay for Claude or ChatGPT?
Claude: no, the free plan allows one custom connector. ChatGPT: CogniFit is in its official directory, so you don't need Developer mode; availability depends on your ChatGPT plan and region.
Do I need a CogniFit subscription?
No to connect, explore the catalogue, see your profile and play the first level of every game. Yes for cognitive assessments and full training programs.
What data can my AI see?
Only your own profile, scores and session history, plus the CogniFit catalogue. It cannot see your password, your payment details or other people's data.
Can the AI change my results or take tests for me?
No. Access to your data is read-only, and the only thing the connector creates is the new session you ask for, which you play yourself.
How do I disconnect?
Remove or switch off the connector in your AI app's settings. Your data stays in your CogniFit account.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. CogniFit scores and programs are cognitive stimulation and assessment tools, not a diagnosis or treatment. The connector tells your AI never to present results as a diagnosis and to suggest talking to a healthcare professional if you are concerned.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. In ChatGPT, once CogniFit is installed it also works in the mobile app. In Claude, add the connector on the web or desktop app and it also works in the Claude mobile app.
I'm a developer. Can I build on this?
This connector is for your own account. To integrate CogniFit assessment and training into your own product, use the CogniFit API for developers.
