The UPDA-SHIF Synchronization Test is based on the Vienna Test System (VST) (Whiteside, 2002). During this task, the user's hand-eye coordination and ability to react efficiently to unexpected changes will be tested.

- Evaluated cognitive abilities:Updating, shifting, hand-eye coordination, and processing speed.
- Time allowed:Approximately 100 seconds.
- Areas of application:Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, General Medicine and Research.
- Format:Online Computerized Test (PCs, cell phones, tablets).
- Objective:Keep the cursor as much as possible in the center of the ball during the whole task.
- Instructions:A ball will move around the screen following a predefined path in the shape of a square, but making sudden changes of direction. The user must follow the movement of the ball at all times, as precisely as possible, by placing the cursor over the ball.
